This symposium is expected to be attended by more than 400 delegates from energy industry, auto manufacturers, environmentalists, policy makers, government officials, academia, research institutions, and consultancy and from other allied industries

Call for Papers

Professionals in petroleum industry and academic / research institutions actively working in the areas mentioned above are invited to participate in the symposium and share their research findings & ideas. Authors desirous of presenting papers in the symposium are requested to submit the abstract of their papers directly to ISFL@indianoil.in before December 15, 2024 in MS word format. Abstracts of technical paper should cover details of research work within 500 words (with no figure).

Technical Proceedings

Technical deliberations during the symposium will be conducted in parallel sessions to accommodate different topics of related technical areas. PC based projection facilities will be made available. The technical sessions will include:
  • Plenary lectures
  • Panel discussions
  • Invited presentations
  • Technical papers (Oral & Poster)

Technical Exhibition

To highlight the advancement in the area of Fuels and Lubricants, it is planned to organize exhibition during ISFL 2025. Technology Developer, Equipment Manufacturer/Supplier, Lubes & Additive Manufacturer/Supplier, other Service Providers are invited for the exhibition to highlight their products and services. The exhibition stall size is 3m X 2m and a nominal charge of Rs 2,36,000 (Rs. 2,00,000/ + 18%GST) will be charged per stall. The charges for exhibitors includes complementary register for two members from the exhibition agency. Since the number of stalls is limited, it will be allotted on first-cum first serve basis. GST amount may be directly deposited to the Govt. account.

Souvenir & Advertisements

A souvenir covering technical sessions with other information will be released during ISFL 2025 and will be provided to all registered delegates. Advertisements for the souvenir shall be booked as the following rates:
